In the following, we will explain your legal right of withdrawal (instructions on withdrawl). The instructions on withdrawl applies to the transmission of lovestories, items, pictures, videos, music or anything else to the Museum of Lovestories. You can take more information and the exact definitions from the respective terms and conditions (Stories and other resp. Items).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw the legal transfer of the ownership of everything you have transmitted within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier made the transmission.
If you have transmitted more than one of the items listed above to us, you have to perform for the withdrawal for each transmission separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us about your decision to withdraw the transmission by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail to office@museum-of-lovestories.com). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, sending your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired by you is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
The consequences of the withdrawal are that your lovestory, subject(s), picture(s), video(s), music or anything else transmitted by you will not be published and marketed.
The costs for the return of the item(s) must be borne by you.
The risk of repatriation is at your expense.
In the event that you have received an “acknowledgment” from us, this is no longer valid in the case you use your right of withdrawal.
